Manchester City: Clearing the air with Carlos Tevez?

Carlos Tevez controversially returned to duty for Manchester City today. This is after him sending in a request to transfer request to leave Man City. According to him this is because of him missing his family in Argentina and problems with some of the staff at Manchester City, at least we know it's DEFINITELY not about the money, he's getting enough of that. Also, earlier today he withdrew this request. He has been said to have had 'clear the air' talks with the club and everything is alright now. Carlos still has three-and-a-half years left on his five-year contract with Manchester City.

He completed the full ninety minutes today and captained City to their fourth loss of the season. This loss came to Everton at home (the City of Manchester Stadium). Everton's first goal came quite early, in the fourth minute of play through a header by none other than Tim Cahill. A goal by Baines followed fifteen minutes later. This gave the Toffees a two - nil lead at half time. Their lead was made bittersweet by an own goal by Jagielka in the seventy ninth minute. A red card was given to each team, one to Anichebe (Everton) and the other to Kolo Toure (Manchester City) three minutes into added time.

Tevez did not make any important impact in the match today and seems to have forgotten all about missing his family in Argentina. My guess is that there was a lot of $$$ involved. In secret of course. Either that or he was made promises that he simply could not refuse.
